A real missed opportunity they didnt get British voice actors to dub the English version. Original story was a British series and it's very obvious in the dialogue, compared to much more concise American dialogue. Nothing wrong with talented American voice actors but a setting and dialogue like this is far more suited to the whimsy and archaic sound of various old British accents as the American accent is very clean and modern sounding.
