Brother's Bond Whiskey was created by actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, who became famous for their roles in the series "Vampire Diaries". Although they are not brothers in real life, in the series they embody two vampiric brothers who really like good whiskey.
Somerhalder and Wesley have now fulfilled their dream of bottling their own straight bourbon. The whiskey is made from 65% corn, 22% rye, barley and wheat. It is distilled at MGP in Indiana and then matured for at least 4 years in new American oak barrels.

I enjoy your Bourbon & Rye videos. 🥃 I try to avoid celebrity whisky. Have not tried the Brother's Bond bourbons, but I enjoy their blended rye. The 77% rye and 17% corn mash bill at 47.5% ABV is quite pleasant. A little thin on the palate, but with a decent finish. I also own an Offerman Edition 11 yo Lagavulin which I enjoy drinking as well. That's the extent of it.

Celebrity bottles are now the thing. So far in 2024 Michael Flatley has come out with a new whiskey called The Dreamer Aged 5 Years♣️ Jean Claude Van Damne came out with his own whiskey called Old Oak♥️ whilst Rod Stewart came out with his own whisky called Wolfies♠️
