Is it just me or is there something simply magical about some of Maria's older microphones from 5+ years ago? They say you can't stop progress, but sometimes vintage lo-fi rules ASMR :-)

one of my favorite things about your videos is that they are dark. obviously I'm watching it at night so my eyes don't hurt from a bright screen when I watch you. it's a little thing but makes all huge difference. thank you.

I love this microphone so much. It not only makes the best thunder sounds, but the amount of white noise it allows is just perfect.

There was really something magical (and still is) about this video, I fell asleep to it countless times, something about how Maria didn't have a ton of time but still fit this incredible video into her schedule before her trip. I think we get caught up in everything needing to be a production now, but this is an all-timer in ASMR history.

I'm trying this out for both pain relief and studying, and I must admit that I didn't think it would help me at all. I am stunned and near tears to find that I feel some pain relief from this, and an almost trance-like ability to concentrate on my school work. I am in constant pain, and I just don't know how to describe the feeling of relief this gives me--over TEN years of head, neck, jaw, shoulder, back pain--and I find this now. I cannot believe this. It seems too good to be true. "Thank you" does not convey my gratitude. I will see if it continues to help me. Oh, and the weirdest thing--I smelled nail polish when the video started.

I love that at the end of most of your videos you use your hands in, right at the end you say thanx for watching and all that beautiful stuff than you continue to tap or move your hands without any words for the last couple of minutes than the camera fades. love this video. I constantly come back to it. your whisper is perfect :-) and the rambling type of talking while you do your nails is just so relaxing. Please please please please please pleeeease do some more like this, its amazing :-) the length is also fantastic, I really like ones that are almost an hour long as its a perfect length for me to relax :-) and often fall asleep, feeling relaxed and stress free. Your content is amazing, there's just something about your whisper...and you're the only asmr artist that can give me soft spoken tingles, usually I only tingle for whispers :-)

I listen to asmr everyday before I sleep, and am subscribed to many channels.. however, you, Maria, are t.h.e b.e.s.t. Your voice and the way your breath falls so rhythmically upon my perception... your work is unparalleled indeed! Safe trip.. and all the best :)

I have a request that took me forever to actually sit at a computer to write. I get my most intense triggers when you are in between the microphone and back just a little. I love, love, love "all up in your ears" but I think that we forget sometimes, that all of our triggers that we experience in real life, rarely ever happen right into our ears. My best asmr experiences were when people were sitting behind me in class, whispering to each other, or even talking under their breath (very quietly),inaudible whispering, while reading from a book. It doesn't have to be reading from a book, the point is that whatever the asmr sound me be (I love practically all of them, sksksksksksksk) happens around me, near me, but not right into my ears. When you are *in between* the left and right mic (aka the little ears on your mic), I get that trigger because when you are in the middle, it feels like your behind me.....unfortunately, most asmr artist only stay in that position for a fleeting nano second moving from ear to ear. So my request is to do an asmr video where you are between the mic for a lot longer and doing very whispery sounds and lots of "ssssssssssssssss" and un-anticipatory sounds. I love unanticipated sounds! I LOVE WHEN YOU DO THAT. So anyway, that is my request. I am going to copy and paste this message on some other channels in hopes someone will do it. Thanks for listening!
