Hello, dear friends. I hope your September has started wonderfully. The end of August brought cooler weather here in Washington, and the beginning of a change in leaf colors, reminding us that autumn is approaching.
In this video, I'll be sharing memories of our recent short vacation on San Juan Island before the start of the school season. I'll also share my daily routine from last week, including back-to-school preparations, easy hairstyle ideas, and how we organized our vanity desk with hair accessories and everyday essentials. Organizing things is something that soothes and helps maintain a daily routine in a pleasant mood 💛

Another beautiful video. I love how you were able to capture foxes. It is interesting how I did a lot of these hairstyles on myself as a kid and teen in the 1990s. They used to sell the little tool for your hair and I made my own or didn't need it (like you used your hands for a lot of the little flips). Thanks for sharing this video with us all.

This video is just perfect and I don't like it... I love it!💕 The San Juan island looks so beautiful! I love the ocean, the foxes, and all the plants that I saw! Your girls are wonderful and you look so lovely togheter! Also, the part about back to school organization it's very useful! The room looks so pretty! And the hairstyles are so so beautiful! Thank you for your kind words, Julia! ☺ My daughters are 8 and 5 years old - they grow up so fast! I would highly recommend visiting Cattle Point Lighthouse, which happens to be our favorite spot to see foxes when the weather is good. Lime Kiln Point State Park is definitely a must-visit. Besides whale watching, you can explore inside the lighthouse and check out the schedule for the last whale sightings. On a rainy day, we once visited the whale museum, and it turned out to be a lot of fun and very informative. For dining options, we really enjoyed stopping at Haley's Sports Bar & Grill. And if you're in the mood for fish and chips, The Bait Shop is a great choice (we picked up our food there and had a lovely picnic at Lime Kiln Point State Park, where they have picnic tables with the best view of the ocean and the lighthouse). I hope you enjoy these recommendations! 🍂🌊🦊
