Until consumers begin voting with their wallet these big telecom companies will continue to treat you like garbage. If your devices are paid off go to an MVNO carrier. I always read where customers complain and complain, but they sit there and take it, doing absolutely nothing.

I'm from New Zealand but I visit the USA on vacation often and when I'm in the USA I always use a US Mobile eSIM on my iPhone

Verizon increased my bill by $4 recently and just this month increased again $6. They said if I dont switch away from their legacy plan, they are just going to keep increasing the price. Extremely frustrating.

Hi . I am on the starter plan and heard that plan is going up too. Recently received a $3 increase and was wondering if another price increase would happen.

Kinda true I'm on the legacy plan 4 lines and they sent me an email stating the increase voting and my Hotspot was increasing, still not happy about it

I’ve been with VW for 18 years and what’s kept me all these years is the service. I never have issues with connectivity. I don’t use perks so I find it annoying that’s such a big part of their plans. I wish they had plans for without add on perks and better discounts for long term customers. I did upgrade to save $4 on my 4 lines cuz I when it comes down to it, I don’t want to pay extra.

If it was only the plan price increase, I could understand that they’re trying to make their technology “better.”😑 But don’t forget the “ economic adjustment charge” which pops up on the bill when you least expect it. That will add $10-15+ per year.😠 I wouldn’t be mad at that, but Verizon systematically devalues its foreign call center employees 😡

I was just notified that my bill is going up, but it is going up $6.56. Is that $2.56 a tax on top of the $4? I may pay off my phone and leave. Thanks for the info.
