Hi James, I just finished reading your book yesterday and have just purchased the sequel which from most reviews sounds promising. I forgot at times that you weren't a professionally trained author and that shows how when a story is beautiful it doesn't matter how it is written. Greetings from the US - Waterloo, Iowa from a new James and Bob fan. I really enjoy the books and your adventures. Glad to subscribe to the KZfaq channel to keep an eye of your activities. I am very glad things are going well for you both, been watching videos for a few days now. I've been listening to the first two books on Audible since seeing the movie. I took on a Volunteer Lawyer Project case where a gentleman in senior housing was moved out and back into his apartment as part of the building's renovation project. Unfortunately, they lost several boxes of his belongings and didn't respond when he inquired about them. Having your experiences in mind, when I e-mailed our rejection of the building management's offer, which was about half of the value he had submitted, I stated that 1. he hadn't given replacement value because none of the items were new, 2. he hadn't sought to gouge anyone, but gave prices from seeking to replace the items from thrift shops and discount stores, 3. it was insulting to be questioned about having a couple quality items because of his current circumstance. So, I will file a small claims action if they don't cough up. I took on the case prior to you and Bob and was struck by how sincere he was and that having to replace his sweat pants and t-shirts, pots and pans, etc. was problematic. However, the manner I am presenting the case has been influenced by the way you tell your story - Thanks, - the way you tell of your experiences is helping me represent my clients better.
