The way to keep multiple bends in the same plane is with ab angle guage. It clamps onto the tube, and you make sure you are at zero for each bend. Tube work is a huge learning curve especially without a teacher

Bending this tubing reminds me a lot of bending conduit. Such a hassel, but the end result when done right is so satisfying.

Get a no dog level. It tightens on the edge after first bend and just get it to stay level before starting the next bend. We use them bending rigid or big EMT in the electrical trade.

Or use an angle finder. That's what we do when bending roll cages etc... Plus an angle finder helps when you need to bend your tubing on different planes. Like when you need to bend a pipe then rotate it x amount of degrees and put another bend in it 👍

That's how I came across them. I did a small amount of electrical work, a few months ago. I figured they were 100+ bucks. I'm sure you can find them that expensive but most are 20-30 bucks.

There is a pipe angle gauge that clamps around the pipe at one end when you bend. Find it at a muffler shop near you!

Hi guys. If you weld a piece of flat bar on the end before you start and level that flat bar on the first bend and always make sure the flat bar is level before the start of every subsequent bends it will end flat.

Last Bender I used actually calculated spring back ,automatically you just press the button and when the bender stopped the display flashed you were at your bend within a quarter of a degree

I'm so diggin the RC Car's. Those two are awesome. Especially the Six Four. It has some strong and fast servos/ imitation drolics. The paint scheme is pimp too. Also can't wait to see the finale to the Cuda. It's such a beautiful monster. The Cuda Monster! Lol.

Matt, for your "burning while bouncing" problem, you can deport the controls of the valves on the steerin wheel (on the back for exemple so you can push / pull them whill maintaining the steering wheel with your thumb and keep burning.) Thats an idea to dig but i think you can find someone to help you doing that and that would help you making your idea :)

He needs a no dog level, it screws down to the end of the pipe while making multiple bends or offsets to keep it straight and make sure the pipe doesnt get a dog in it, use it all the time bending conduit
