How would you re heat them, If you made them a Day before & stored them in the Frige.?

Heat some milk or water in a pan and add the grits to the pan in spoonfuls while whisking to break up the lumps. or..... you can slice the grits and pan fry them as patties in either bacon or sausage drippins and smother them with gravy.

I haven't seen them either. It's just a type of cornmeal, that's all.

Yes they are. I ate Grits today at brunch and I live in Canada. You can buy them in walmart or online on iherb Canada.

Nah. If you know anything about southern us grits is a staple. And it has flavor.
