White grape juice wine - EASY low-cost recipe for one gallon

You can make one gallon of table wine with just a few simple ingredients and barely any extra gear. It's easy! Let's take a doin' the most approach to simplifying the winemaking process while still making something delicious!
Recipe
• K1V-1116 yeast
• 1 gallon white grape juice
• 1 black tea bag, steeped five minutes for tea
• 1 sliver of grapefruit peel
• 1 sliver of lemon peel
• BBY nutrients (4 tsp bread yeast, boiled to inactivate)

Love your usual content but this is a great idea, to make something for the absolute beginners! Then you can slowly dial it up as you go along in this series.

Oooooh grapefruit peel! I've never used it, but I imagine it adds some really fun pop / complexity! Seems like a great shortcut to a nice white wine! 👏

Thanks for the video! I just started home brewing, and am fermenting a few half gallon fruit juices in their store-bought containers. I want to surprise my family with homemade wine for the holidays so I hope they’ll turn out well and be finished fermenting in time for Christmas

P.S. been following my Nephew , on line . He's been walking up the Appalachian Trail . From Springer Mountain, Georgia to Maine , 2,200 miles , he started before the Official Starting Position . He's at the New Hampshire - Maine , State Line now . 🐯🤠

@@kjdevault No , He's not on Facebook or KZfaq , just Personal Family Chat . It would be Nice if people would give Congratulations when he finishes . He's thinking about doing the Triple Crown 👑 . Where he add the Rocky Mountains Trail & the Pacific Coast Trail to the Appalachian Mountains Trail he's on Now . We've always called him Strider , he's always did a lot of walking , after Me . 🐯🤠

I have like 4 months into this lovely hobby, and the only reason I started was because I was gifted a basic mead kit, I have since loved the hobby and bought a better fermenter and a few more other items I felt were necessary.
