I think it might be possible that yellow may be protecting Steven from blue. blue is often shown scolding or laying down the law with pink and Steven, yellow seems to indulge pink and Steven more. it was yellow that gave pink a colony, we also see that pink accompanied yellow on invasion for a new colony. during that invasion pink acts out a lot and yellow ignores it until pink messes with something important, then physically stops her. in together alone, yellow encourages the party Idea and acknolges that steven doesn't know how things are done on home world. she is also the one that basically clues stevionie in to their oops while blue threatens them. yellow then grabs and imprisons them rather than poofing/hurting them like she did with the other gems.

Seeing this promo freaked me out. I was screaming. This is gonna be Infinity War, and I am LIVING for it.

When it comes to the potential of a Blue vs Yellow fight, I am actually really excited to see that you theorized that Yellow might be destabilizing Blue. I noticed something kind of off in Together Alone, in that it was Blue who was much more hysterical, and who made open threats at Steven. Yellow is seen glancing at Blue at least once, taking a cue, and then attacks the other fusions. It's interesting to see. Blue is prone to swinging much harder in the extremes, from extreme affection to extreme hysterics and threats, while Yellow seems to take action much more readily but internalizes those extremes into something more level. I really love the idea of Yellow having to step forward to protect Steven, in the case where Blue's hysterics reaches the level of physical.

THIS WAS PINK’S PLAN! She knew that certain powers (like destabilizing) have little to no effect on humans. Diamonds are also the strongest type of gem, so being a combination of the two makes Steven the most combat-worthy character. He can handle a lot, including Blue’s attack, which I don’t believe was held back in any way considering her uncontrolled demeanor. Pink CHOSE Greg to have a baby with after so long, knowing that Steven would grow up to be the strongest gem with the morals and kindness to behold that strength and use it for good.

The SU logo going from pink to white could definitely mean white diamond is controlling yellow and blue as she did with pink diamonds pearl and made her grey/white.

Does anyone else feels that the diamonds are not intimidating in the slightest? Yellow was when she first appeared, but after the entire thing with the zoo they just feel like sad overprotective aunts to me, they have yet to show any real feats of strength for what seems to be the strongest characters in the series (I know about the battle in reunited but take into account that the cristal gems were able to hold off a diamond on their own, and as much as they didn't damage blue, she didn't really do a lot to them either)

If I were steven, id grab the jade gems too

If anyone remembers back in 2018, Rebecca Sugar started in a podcast: Gems don’t get their energy from food (like humans) they get it from light. Then Alex Hirch replied, “What happens if they are in a dark room?” Rebecca replied (and I quote) “I can’t answer that.” I believe that the diamonds threw pink in a dark room as a form of punishment and torture. I think the title of the episode, Battle of Heart and Mind, is going to be Pink Diamond/Steven’s empathy/love powers on Blue and Yellow Diamond vs White Diamond’s mind controlling powers on Blue and Yellow Diamond. It’s literally gonna be Pink’s vs White’s powers over the other Diamonds.

They made it a point to literally show everyone else’s Diamond including White’s but every time we see Blue it’s covered. Battle of heart and mind. Blue vs White. White thinks blue is either too emotional or too weak and that may be why Steven says “we have friends to save” and why Blue and Yellow we’re helping Steven get on the leg ship.

I was at work when I discovered the promo. And my mind was racing! When I saw the fight between Blue and Yellow, I instantly realized that Battle of Heart and Mind is another way of saying a battle between emotions (Blue) and Rationality (Yellow). Your in depth theory kinda threw the make shift one I had for a loop, but still kept part of it- Someone is going to get shattered. My mind was screaming that one of the diamonds was going to break. Due to the fight and all.

Yes, this is indeed what I came up with. I think Yellow and Blue will join Steven to defeat White Diamond. As Yellow said a few episodes ago: "If you don't want to be in a bubble for the next millenia, I suggest you let me do the talking". Like you said, White doesn't want Steven to leave ( in my theory with Yellow and Blue ). As we saw last episode, Steven ( a diamond ) could fuse with Connie to Stevonnie. So that confirmed that Diamonds can fuse as well. I think that there may be a fusion between Steven, Blue and Yellow and that that is the reason why Blue became angry, because Diamonds can't do that like she said last episode. I don't see another way how they're going to defeat White. Lars is still too far away. Than again, I don't think Yellow has been under White's mindcontrol. ( I think the little darker spots in the bottom of her eye are her actual eyes ) I rather think that Blue told Yellow about the fusion idea, making her angy that Yellow tried to harm Steven while Blue tried to stop it, making Yellow angry trying to poof Blue. ( Though I am not interely sure, I think this is what happened )

I honestly believe the complete opposite. When Blue diamond is punishing steven I believe that Yellow and White pearl is behind her watching. If white diamond can see through white Pearl's perspective then she should see this happen. In an earlier video you made a theory of white diamond being obsessed with pink diamond. I believe that when she saw blue attempt to hurt steven she snapped. She doesn't want "pink" to get hurt and lashes out. I believe she is trying to protect pink from the other diamonds

Quick Theory white diamonds powers will work on Steven due to his half gem side but he can break free due to his half human side

The whites ship fits so perfectly so that’s just a coincidence so they might have formed the mech in era 1 or 6000 years because that’s when they threw the ball and there must’ve been a fight or a war and they used the mech 🤔

White diamond possessing mind control, given the design of the ships is entirely plausible and I'd even say canon. Pink has legs, running around, getting everyone to where they need to be. Blue and yellow have arms to point and order people about but when white makes up the head and torso, her ship is suddenly in control of everything.
