Pile3- yes I have experienced it. Pile 3, thank you so much! This is exactly right on and I needed to hear all of it. I especially liked the advice for how to deal with the Devil and 9 of swords. I get the nine of swords in 95% of my readings and I have a brain disorder that has caused a lifelong sleep disorder, generalized anxiety, and I have PTSD, so I get this, and the subsequent self-medicating Devil card. Starting slow and understanding that I've already started is key. And understanding that it's possible that the experience I had before with the cravings and difficulty never going away for over a year, may not happen again or if it does, it's possible it won't be so hard to manage or noticeable. Just because I tried before and it was difficult and painful and the cravings never went away, doesn't mean I'll necessarily have the same experience again. And even if I do, it's worth a shot anyway. The advice my best friend gave me to start one day at a time reminds me of the advice to start slow here. It's good to keep in mind, that way I don't put too much pressure on myself. I've worked hard, have learned to be very methodical from learning how to navigate school and work with my brain disorder, learning disabilities, and neurodivergence, as well as my chronic pain and illness.I've come so far in all areas of my life, and really, this is the last thing I would like to master and practice.
