Honestly 'Just send it' hurts the damage so much. If you send a level 5 skill Charlie as your rally join leader you could take a bonus spot of a level 4 skill Seo-yoon that would have applied a 20% fixed attack up. So many people make this mistake.

i disagree with the "just send it", you can double the rally damage by sending Jessies just like for attacking rallies. its worth the extra second to see which march is home and then sending the right formation. I hit 120 mio damage as an fc1 f2p player with an alliance that mostly follows this rule: Join with Jessie, Jasser, Jeronimo and Seo yoon

Yep I totally agree with you disagreeing with "Just send it" - My state is just on 100 days old and we are hitting 350m damage individually using the correct troop formations and correct heros. It's a super easy thing to do. I have 15m total hero power and our largest player has 31.1m hero power and I beat them by over 100m every time just by sending the correct formations and ensuring the rallies contain Jesse, Jasser or Seo-Yoon in first slot. I was really hoping this video was going to be a proper bear trap tutorial but it's a subjective video, not objective. The rest of his videos are pretty good though

What we have found from our numbers online for bear and the strength of our players, only our 1st 2 rows closest to bear call rallys. Then everyone that joins those rallys only does with the right heros (jessie jasser and seo yeo) lead. And we only use 40k lancer and 30k marksmen. We found our big whales did a fraction less damage but with the lower joining numbers in the rallys, more players could get into the whale rallys and everyone's total damage went up almost double. Our top 5 still do about 200mill but everyone down from there did a huge amount more.

@@curiousbob469 Jesse and Jasser both provide a 25% Lethality boost to the entire rally when in first slot. Seo-Yoon provides a 25% attack boost for the entire rally when in first slot. Lancer and Marksman do more base damage.

@@philwilliamson478 as an additional comment to your first message, if you’ve already got the 3J’s and 1S (we shortened Jesse Jasser and Jeromino to “3J” and Seo-Yoon to “1S” because I got tired of saying it) sent out on rally joins, we send No Hero’s on the following rally joins to ensure an undesirable hero ability doesn’t overtake 3J 1S. A cool biproduct is it indirectly lowers the troops people can send which allows more people to join a rally.

The “just send it” and send a full march isn’t the best advice because this only works if a player has enough troops to fill every march. It also fills a rally with less people, so not enough players can join 1 rally. Sending a full march only works when there is low participation.
