Zabur is not a book of Shariat, it is a book containing the praises and praises of Allah. Psalms were revealed to Hazrat Dawud (peace be upon him).
Hazrat Dawood (A.S) was sent as a prophet to Bani Israel.
Allah revealed the Psalms for His praise.
After the revelation of Zaboor, the Israelites were taught how to praise Allah.
People of every religion and sect of the world praise Allah in their own way.
There is no law of any kind in the Psalms, nor is there any history of any kind.
This is a book containing the praises of Allah.
