You missed one key aspect about Reinier; his ULT becomes more powerful depending on how outnumbered your team is. If you're in a 3v5, it now becomes a 3v3. He prevents your team from becoming snowballed, which is absolutely huge since the loser is often the one who has 1 hero die first.

I tried out AFK journey and it’s a good game! The artstyle and world is very pretty and the exploration is actually super fun! The story is kinda… meh tho and despite it being called „AFK“ journey it takes up much more of your time than expected xD The gameplay is also mostly just picking 5 characters with good synergy, placing them down and then just sit there and watch. For me personally it’s not the right thing and I won’t continue playing it, but I can still recommend it to other people that have spare free time and are looking for a game where it’s all about minmaxing your team and trying out new strategies :)

I agree with everything. I actually laughed when the story started with a "bad vs good" storyline, I was expecting something a bit more original

Odie is the BEST single Target DPS we got right now. You wont find a better boss killer than him. Even if he somehow gets CC'd or unluckily dies his poison debuff is permanent meaning he will continue to deal damage no matter what.

I am so disappointed by this game 😔 I gave it a try because I love the artstyle and variety of characters. And the game sure is fun for a while, you just get bombarded with rewards. However, after a few days I started seeing how shallow it is... there are a bunch of game modes, but to stay competitive and progress, you need a ton of copies of characters, practically forcing you to spend. It's just a giant cash grab. There is no skill and barely any strategy involved, just being a meta slave and whaling is the key to victory. 🤑Too bad, I really wanted to like this game. I'll stick to Genshin for now 😪

I'm enjoying it for now but your opinion is spot on. The enjoyment is literally the bombardment of rewards and seeing how you become stronger, but it eventually becomes a waiting game unless you pay up. Everyone uses the same 10 units and the rest are forgettable.

This is pretty much all mobile games are like this. It costs more to play than any console and PC game, way more! For example rise of kingdoms and call of dragons. People actually spend thousands on it.

You say the game require no skill, yet you play genshin? Genshin requires no skill to play at all.

@@zeer7676 Have you ever even played Genshin? In Spiral Abyss you need both strategy and motoric skill and learning rotations and combos (unless you are a Giga Whale). AFKJ has none of that, just braindead Auto Battle, occasionally doing a manual ult 😴

@@roykent2316 yea, i 12* abyss easily with almost all 4*s. hsr is harder than genshin, in that game you actually have to think. also, you haven't played an afk game before? oh wait you haven't, since genshin is the only game people like you play.
