Shane has one of those 'let's go party' faces. I think drinker guys can pick out other drinker guys in a crowd. My liver shakes a little bit when I look at O'Brien. I'd have a hard enough time playing hangover pickup hockey, I can't even imagine what it would be like to be in the show feeling like you just want to curl up and die for a little while. Good stuff. Funny thing about Shane and Toots. This was in October 2010 so a couple of months before Jordin started his sobriety. I was on a first date. We had eaten somewhere in downtown Nashville and decided to hit up a couple bars. This was just before Nashville just exploded so downtown on a Sunday night wasn’t too crowded. We are at Tootsies grabbing a drink and I notice Shane and Toots over in the corner, both had some arm candy and were throwing back drinks. The girl I was with wasn’t really into hockey so o told her that these guys play for the Preds. At some point they got up to leave and Toots tripped on a chair and went face first into a long table with what appeared to college kids. The tables goes completely over and drinks are flying. All these kids are just fucking soaked. Toots pulls himself up just dripping wet with beer and alcohol and both of them were just laughing their asses off. They continued on their way out. The girl I took on the date has been my wife for over 10 years now and we still laugh about that night.
