The British brought the Rohingya people into Burma in the first place in order to use them against the ruled Burmese. The sense of the invasion by Bengali people among the Burmese existed before the WWII. The Rohingya people are muslims and refuse to assimilate just as the hard-line Pakistani in Europe today. The only option left for them is to create their own state within Myanmar. Myanmar has determine to not let it happen.

How the hill tribe people in Northern Thailand, various areas of China, and Vientnam assimilate? By being open to the culture of the host countries of course. Those hill tribe people don't have citizenship in those countries until recently. But they live harmoniously with the people of the host countries, and as the time pass, the host countries open up to them all the rights and citizenship.

Bro, Y'all sit back let me explain. So you in this video talks about how Myanmar used to be a junta, but Daw Aung San Suu Kyi came in as a democratic government. This is true to a certain extent. The military is still loyal to the dispelling junta and is causing riots in Rakhine State to turn the world and its citizens against the democratic government. And so far because of this and other videos, it seems to be working.

The Myanmar government today was created under a constitution that the military junta wrote. The military automatically gets to select 25% of MPs and it is also completely outside of the control of the government. The leaders of Myanmar can do nothing but sit idly by and watch it happen. If the leaders are too outspoken against the military, they risk their very lives. It is a sad situation, but there is a reason why Aung San Suu Kyi has her Nobel Peace Prize. I hope everyone can take what they say with a grain of salt and really do some research to understand the precarious position State Counsellor Kyi and her government is actually in. If you knew you would be killed if you criticized the military in your country, of which you have no control over, would you have even mentioned the problem? She's done all she can.

Yes they do, and so did indians before population controll took place. Just think about it, these people are denied citizenship, they dont have access to proper education, are not taught about birth controll, cannot live a healthy life. These are desolated people, aand if there anyone tomblame for these in the Burmese Gov. They need to get off their high horses and accept these people. The reason a few rohyngas rebelled is purley because of these oppressve regime. Look at our countries' past. We bangladeshis, indian pakistanis rebelled against the oppresive British for one common reason. Freedom. In 2017 they would have labelled us as terrorist with the blink of an eye

Do you know, one of the main reasons of having so many children? Only being pregnant keeps them the insurance of not to be raped by Burmese Military? Now you can think the character of the nation of Myanmar and so called Buddist Monk. Many Rohingya Women who are now under medical supervision in Bangladesh camp hospital uttered this during their conversation with local Govt. Now judge who is mostly responsible. Do you know, Rohingya people are being deprived from basic food, healthcare, birth control advise? So Myanmar wants to keep these people in dark, so that they can publish the bad side of Rohingya? Ask Myanmar Govt. whether they ever offer any family planning to them? So think about who is really behind everything.

But that i think the main reason behind this first of all Burmese do not like people from Indian subcontinent and they also think Rohingya will take on them due to rapid population increase and they don't like to overhaul in their own country... its very complex issue... and it have actually 1200 years of history.... need to learn a lot

If you actually look at the governmental structure and did your research you'd know that Myanmar's government is strictly divided between military and democracy, with the former holding near absolute control over the democracy. The Counselor was given her title because the Constitution (supported by said military) refused her the right to presidency and has the power to remove her and the Democratic government entirely if she doesn't comply with their orders. Her speaking out would likely mean the end of a legitimate democracy in Myanmar and many more people will die if she does. Next time, please do more research on that as well.

Tamu Audwodia the common counter argument to this is that the development collectively as a species is hampered without competition amongst ourselves. So off course we need some competition but not a violent one. Also with our current technology the resources just aren't sufficient enough to be shared amongst all and hence conflicts are bound to arise. As we proceed into future if we don't refine our technologies to be more efficient the conditions could worsen even more. Our planet just can't support so many humans for a long time. Let's just hope that we develop our technologies fast enough to keep up with the growth
