One thing missing is that in the 90s the Leafs had a popularity resurgence with Gilmour, Clark, Potvin. I'm not sure how you quantify this but obviously Clark is benefiting of this

To be the greatest player on any team in any professional team sport, you need to have won a championship. I think O-dogs list is better because Dave Keon absolutely has to be #1. He's nothing compared to prime time ovi. Ovi was putting up 50 plus when nobody was scoring 40. Era adjusted ovi has the equivalent to four season with 70 goals or more compared to today's game. Mathews has to hit 70 goals four times to compare. Ovechkins also scored more goals after the age of 30 than he did before the age of 30 which is unthinkable.
