+1s love white meat. They love it so much that the US had to create a market to export legs because the poultry industry couldn't sell the all of the excess within the country. How are you that committed to dry meat?

@@GenXBecks Dark meat isnt dry unless you dont cook the bird correctly. The issue is that all parts of the turkey cook at different lengths so if someone doesnt know how to cook the bird, they dry out parts.

People don't understand that time, temp, and flavorings is what makes the meat tender and good. My fave is the breast, and that's because I've had it done right. You don't cook white meat the same as dark. Get it together people.
