Little_Cap I knew as soon as he asked for the plate he fucked up. That’s a great method to sear it on all sides but everyone knows ( mostly everyone) that that doesn’t fully cook the steak and it needs to be finished in the oven! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Codi Marie you don’t need to use the oven at all you can literally cook the steak on the pan by basting the juices back onto the steak which seeps back in and cooks itself
