Tips dry the steak with a napkin then salt it and put black pepper both sides. Then take your hands and press it on the steak both sides. Then put your skillet on a medium flame oil then cook 2 mintues on each side i think then on the edges. Then add butter put rosemarry on the steak and 2 garlic cloves in the pan sear with a spoon until a crust forms. Then put it on a cutting board let it rest for 2 mintues and cut it enjoy
