Pretty accurate. Although, pretty much all of Andrew Huang's dubstep is 2009. Mr. Bill was pretty good on this video though, and the finished product sounded more modern.

I saw mr. bill perform at this club in Colorado Springs years ago, and i was blown away with not only his composition, but more impressed with how tight his mix was for inside the space. I have literally never heard such a tight mix live before. It was immaculate
