I don't understand your rankings. Like I get what they mean, the higher the number, the harder, but the numbers seem arbitrarily assigned to each character? Why was Ike's number higher than Marth's when Ike was able to make it more easily. Marth had to use his recover at the very last instance whereas Ike had more leeway so why was Marth awarded a lower score? Why was Shiek's score lower than Diddy's when they had to go through the exact same process? I don't get it

Kirby level 1, and triple dee level 4? the rating system is messed up

I tried this out with the three new DLC characters and I can confirm that Lucas, Roy, and Ryu can all make it across. Roy however, is incredibly precise and difficult and took many attempt at 1/4 speed. Ryu is pretty difficult as well, requiring you to use the combo the Tatsumaki Senpakyuken and hold it down followed by a Shoryuken, and even then it's pretty hard to land. Still nowhere near as difficult as Roy though. My rankings: Lucas - Level 4, Roy - Level 10, Ryu - Level 7. Let me know what you guys think!

A few notes for Wii Fit Trainer If you mash B while using her up B, it gives her more height Her side B gives you a midair stall which makes the trip easier If you use those tips, i think she's more of a level 3, maybe even a level 2

I'm so confused, I see you get over quick with ease with Ike and you give him the worst rank. Then I see other characters use more moves and take longer but they get nowhere as bad as 9. Why give Ike a 9?

Noticing a lot of confusion in the comments down here about the meaning of difficulty ratings. Less so for 1 vs 9 rating, but for the more gradient ratings (1-2, 5-6, etc.) As such I wanna provide my own interpretation of the ratings based off of this and other videos. 1 - Character can succeed at the challenge with many more options after completing (more jumps, access to up B, etc.) Ex. Kirby, Wario 2 - Character can succeed at the challenge with ease and has one or two options after completing it, as well as room for error. Ex. Yoshi, Zero Suit Samus 3 - Can complete the challenge with room for error, generally lacking any extra recovery afterwards. Ex. Toon Link, Rosalina 4 - Some room for error, requires all of the characters recovery options, but is not input intensive. Ex. Bowser, King Dedede 5 - Little room for error, but still forgiving enough. Requires good execution to complete the challenge. Ex. Samus, Palutena 6 - Characters can complete the challenge just barely, but can basically just hold right and win. Ex. Mario 7 - Good timing and correct inputs, almost no room for error. Ex. Lucina 8 - Requires precise inputs or timing, but not both. Is BARELY possible, but not incredibly difficult. Ex. Brawler Mii, Marth 9 - Requires near-perfect or perfect execution, but is feasible. Ex. Shulk (No Monado Arts), Dr. Mario, Ike 10 - Maybe impossible, maybe just really hard. After testing, unsuccessful in the challenge but really close. None for this challenge. Impossible - What it says on the tin. Ex. Ganondorf, Little Mac EDIT: No tl;dr on this one. Stop being lazy - go back and read it >:D

Have just tried on 3DS, but Fox can easily go over without using Fire Fox. Either jump->2nd jump+fair at peak->fox illusion or jump->2nd jump near ground->fox illusion near ground. No precise timing needed.

Why did oilman get rank 2 with 3 pikmin? It's easy to reach the ledge AND you fall faster so it is harder to punish, therefore it should be rank 1!

What is the deciding factor in the difficulty rating? I get that level 1 is the easiest, and 9 is the hardest, but some of the characters look extremely easy to pass over FD with, yet they don't get a level 1.

Y'know, you could probably use Ganondorf's side special on these challenges to give him some sort of chance at completing them.

With Sonic, if you use some pro techniques, you can replace the double-jump with a spindash that will probably take you all the way across the stage, making it a 2 or 3 rather than a 4.

Mr.bass most of the characters I've seen were amazing , I am wondering why Dark pit gets a level 2 rank he easily could of grabbed the left not showing off his recovery, on the side note little mac can make it, you have to time his upper cut and forward thrust to make him fly to the ledge.
