Let me explain Soft Pity, since you don't seem to know how it works. Soft Pity starts at 74 wishes, every wish after the 73rd wish will get a +6% increase of getting a 5 star. So 74 wishes being 6.6%, 75 wishes being 12.6%, 76 wishes being 18.6% and so on, until by the 90th wish the odds will have exceeded 100%. This also applies to 4 stars. The base chance of getting a 4 star is 5.1%, but every wish after the 9th will obtain a 10x increase, making it 100% on the 10th wish.
