To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Sam Hyde. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical irony most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Sam's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Sam Hyde truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Sam's existencial catchphrase "Wubba Lubba Idubbbz," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools... how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a Million Dollar Extreme tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. Most people, including myself was like “Boxing is simple” until I ended up in the ring for the first time. I had nearly half a year of practice and had really good technique and physique, but when you’re in the ring, everything you’ve practiced sorta just disappear. At least it does the first time. It’s hard judging while watching a video.

there are so many comments saying how jj is overconfident, but there's a difference between overconfidence and hyping up the event knowing full well of his capabilities. JJ is always like this before a boxing match and that's getting into the mentality and the fighting spirit. You can't put in your all on d-day when you're holding back your emotions and fire the weeks before it. JJ is fitter than we've ever seen him and he won't disappoint. We're going to cheer and scream during the event until our throats are sore.

I love JJ and with all due respect to him, I do feel like he is getting a little bit ahead of himself, he seem to be overestimating himself and his knowledge in boxing. He is still kind of an amateur, he has been boxing for like 4 years on and off. Professional athletes (in all sports, not only boxing) have often dedicated most of their life to a sport. A lot of time it's 10+ years where they have been training and educated themselves almost every day. As a professional athlete myself I know the amount of time and work people put in to become good in their field. People don't like when "newbies" come from nowhere with just a few months or years hard training thinking they are the best. These people are not real athletes and usually this shows when they compete with actual pro athletes. While i'm sure JJ has been training hard and all, I don't see him as anything other than a KZfaq boxer, at least until he fights a real boxer and actually performs.

I think Vinny Hacker showed the greatest sportsmanship I've ever seen from all of these KZfaqr boxing matches. He really paid respect to Deji and did not let him go into a real dark place after that loss.

1st matchup You were so right on DTG. Evil Hero was soooo close to making it through round 1, but he just could not handle the pressure. 2nd matchup You were right on Sam winning against Jim, but neither of them looked that great. 3rd matchup You were 100% right on Salt Papi knocking out Andy Warski, and he did it when the fight just started! 4th matchup Eh, you were right in a weird way. But, I still think it should have been considered a draw. In fact, even Sensei and Kenny were conviced it was a draw. Would love to see a rematch. 5th matchup Deji fisted Fousey HARD. Pause!😂 6th matchup That fight didn't happen, neither did Temper even win, as Slim put him down like a madman. 7th matchup Again, didn't happen, but at least you still won. Congrats KSI!

I think the windmills will definitely be present during the fight even if he says "no more of that". ive never seen somebody both oversell and undersell themself at the same time. like he says he wants to go rounds with him in case he doesnt get the first round KO, but then he also is talking as if hes the best boxer ever and gonna demolish alex. he will 100% win the fight but if he doesnt win it in spectacular fashion theres gonna be some frowny faces in the crowd

Agreed. I think he will show a lot more technique but he's set incredibly high expectations. I don't think he will be windmilling like he was against Logan as tbh he couldn't really do much else with the disadvantages and doesn't have the technique or skill that someone like Mike Tyson would to get on the inside of a big rangey guy. He will probably just back Alex up and Alex will cover up and JJ will just make himself look better than what he is when Alex turns into a punching bag.
