Anybody can face mental health issues, there is no exception. ‘Who is crazy?' is a film depicting a story of an ordinary family whose eldest son succumbs to mental health issues but eventually overcomes the challenge and starts leading a normal life. October 10 is celebrated as the ‘World Mental Health Day’ and the film is produced by the Department of Health, Central Tibetan Administration, to celebrate the day and to create awareness about mental health issues in the Tibetan community.
