Born in the late 1950s the father of 15 children Donald Phipps more popularly know as zeeks, reportedly loved to pose for the television cameras and boast about the power he had, ruled Matthews lane with an iron fist before becoming a victim of his own power
Zeeks is the younger brother of Glenford 'Early Bird' Phipps the renowned leader of the Matthews Lane community during the 1970s and 1980s - Early Bird is credited with the establishment of the Spangler P0sse that reportedly had strong PNP affiliation

So the Ja police have the ability to determine location based on your cellphone signal since then. Why then are they not solving more murders . Identify the time and location of reported locations which turn out to be murder scenes and scan for cellphone signals at that location at that time.

Because they don’t always get to retrieve a cellphone at the time of arrest and many people don’t buy SIM cards themselves, so it’s not as straightforward as you would think

That was not the case. I went on the internet and typed in his name. According to the people in that area where he was a DON, he was a horrible monster.
