On May 10, a bench of justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case to campaign in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. This is the guy who refused a very fair request to 100% count of VVPAT. Afraid of inconsitencies and exposure of ECI, this was declined and made saint like statement - need to trust ECI. LOL. the whole case comes after the lack of trust in the first place.... what a judgdment saab.

In the past there have been many cases wherein the seniormost judge(s) were not appointed as CJI. Justice Khanna certainly doesnot deserve to be appointed as the next CJI. Further, the practice of Judges electing Judges NEEDS TO BE DISBANDED IMMEDIATELY

High time the Tarikh pe Tarikh coterie needs to be put under public accountability, financial audit and accountability. They have the poorest track record of public function at the expense of public and exchequers money without being answerable to the people. Contempt of court does not exist in any other democracy including the UK from which this concept was copied and has continued. No one can be held above people's opinion, discussion and accountability after being paid for by the same people and then not having to be answerable to them. High time for Judicial reforms as for the common man Justice system has become an unsatisfactory and expensive joke.
