Love how everyone quotes this just because they hate him, without knowing him of course, Has anyone listened to the whole interview or just that one sentence? He was talking about CIA operations in foreign situations, aka SPIES....if you don’t think they need to sometimes lie about their identity and get information without people knowing (stealing) and sometimes doing things not necessarily legal to get it, welcome to reality.

So when he said he would surround himself with the best people, the worst is what he meant. They must possess the ability to con and lie, to promote wrong as right, to put self above all else, because Trump understands and can appreciate that, but then they have to put Trump above that too, or he will retaliate.
