Herv Reynard, has had success at the National Team level in Africa and w Saudis. He's a very good national team coach and he looks like a Bond villian.

they hire from MLS and we'll still be a minor league team - gotta get a manager that will demand a higher level of individual skills and team tactics. Nobody heard of Roberto De Zerbi until he turned up the heat at Brighton. We need someone like that.

The coaches mentioned, apart from Ralf Ragnick, are pipe dreams. A coach needs a meaningful challenge, but these other coaches gain little from a stint as a USMNT coach. Ragnick is the exception. Realistically we should expect, at best, a solid Euro coach who can make a statement about their abilities by bringing the team to an impressive level.
