Hey everyone, thank you all so much for listening in, and also subscribing to my channel, it's great to have you walking the path with me. Don't forget Brighid's energy doesn't just 'drop off' after 4 days, it's around for the next few weeks before we move into the next energy. Plenty of time to work with her strongest energies this time. If you haven't subscribed then come and join us, hit the bell for notifications and let's keep on this beautiful path together. Love and light, Carolyn xx

Hello there! Brigid’s energy came to me this week. Her energy found me here in the 3D world but i knew it was her. And then i heard dandelion. I looked into her and i saw that dandelion Corresponds to her and i was in shock for like 5 seconds. Shes a high priestess and i felt her push to focus on my creativity , sacral chakra and be proud of my gifts. To stand and take space for my purpose. I cant wait for your dandelion video! (Podcast)

You are most welcome, Brighid is one of my favourite Goddesses, her gentleness and loving care is what we need more of. Teaching us to maintain our heart connection and to send love out to the world. We may not be able to fix everything or everybody as much as we would like, but we can send out positive energy to help with the healing. Much love and light to you, C xxx

Hola! Thank-you for this creation. I have been learning more about Bridgid just in recent years. Before, I celebrated Imbolc with re-lighting all the candles in my home which I had extinguished after Solstice. Last year my group & I made Brideogs as part of our ceremony which was very meditative. This year I will cast my Brideog into the fire and make a new one to guard my space the coming year. I love these Celtic traditions, & strive to be more like Beautiful Bridgid! Namaste.

Your Brideogs sound lovely, I have a friend who makes Bridie Dolls, but more for sitting on a shelf and protecting the home, but not burning! I hope you enjoy making the new one and connecting with the energies again. She truly is a wonderful Goddess to work with. Much love and light and thank you for saying hola! x

I had a dream of Brighid, she showed herself in a souvenir shop and there were pictures and statuettes of her everywhere, she was dressed in green and she was really obvious. I haven't approached her as i don't really know if I am ready but it is interesting, I was interested in her years ago but I got a sort of "no" back then. Strange that she has come to me recently. Water was featured heavily in the dream, me nearly drowing but being rescued somehow and there she was in a souvenir shop after I found myself on dry land.

It looks to me like Brighid has already started to work with you. There is no time restraints for god and goddesses so they can come at anytime. I have just uploaded today a new short and gently meditation to meet Brighid, why not give that a try and see where it takes you. She is a kind and inspiring energy and only wants to help us where she can. Maybe it's your time to get connected. Let me know how you get on. Love and light xx

Yes, I keep my greenery until 13th February (the olde Calendar was 13th February, so my Imbolc and my Heavenly Nana’s birthday. Yes we have Snowdrops and the Daffodils are coming through. Our daughter has a Wk off coming over today to celebrate we are making warm scarves and comfy cushions …3 Earthly birthdays in February two nieces and a nephew. We have a Dandelion Garden …I make Tinctures and Tonics from our Garden Plants …to heal our loved one’s. We have an Oak I can see from our lounge lol…straight ahead just outside at the end of our Garden and the edge of the Woods and we have a Rowan Tree at the end of our Garden. Thankyou Happy Imbolc Blessings. ❤️🌻☘️

Fantastic informative video! Can I ask about what you said around 5:50 which was: "..insulting a poet could bring about a person's downfall if a poem is written about them, which often happened around the time of shakespeare, who was particularly good at this." Do you know where I can find more information about that please? 💜

I remember reading something about this whilst visiting a stately home that was close to Stratford, that's all. If you imagine back to the 1600s and someone as famous as Shakespeare could easily write a play that would undermine someone in authority! Satirical plays were very much "the thing", they still are. The study of Shakespeare and his works gives us an insight into the potential to stay on the right side of a famous playwright! If Shakespeare could be commanded by royal appt. to write a positive play about a king, he could also be commanded to write one damming an enemy! Hope that helps. C x

Very nice podcast :-). Do you use the Alban names for the Eightfold or the names more used by witches (Mabon, et al)? Thank you for a great video!
@alchemicalserenity
@alchemicalserenity 7 ай бұрын
There are only 4 Albans to use, so I stick with Imbolc, Ostara, Lughnasadh and Samhuinn, and sometimes Oimealg and Mean Earraigh Gaelic and occasionally Welsh, but that's usually if I am teaching a class - too many names becomes confusing for those who are just finding their path. I am pleased you enjoyed the Video, love and light x

I agree. I learned the eightfold with the Albans, but I don't hear a lot of folks using them. I was curious what you used in your daily practice. Thanks you :-) @@alchemicalserenity

@@BethRitterGuth People don't use the Albans because they don't know they exist. If you study Druidry then they become obvious and also the correct use of festivals. I don't personally like Lammas and Mabon because the Mabon in theory is born at Yule, so not sure why AIden Kelly made it as part of the Wheel for the Year for Alban Elfed! I think with the rise of The Craft on the internet many real meanings and connections have been totally lost. When I explained to a friend that the Wheel of the Year was created in 1970 and that Wiccan was only 70+ years old she was really surprised. I do love the way we can follow the Cycles of the Year with a bit of guidance, it's very helpful to those just starting out on their path. Love and light, Carolyn x

Why was so much of your podcast dedicated to Saint Brigid as opposed to the Goddess Brigid? The title is misleading.
