Sorry for the clip quality. Theres a few reasons for this but I figured out the issue and future videos like this one will not have that issues but its a bummer for this one that the clip quality is wonky.

@@sopvp7719 I might be late but karon literally broke the 1000 kills in pacific earlier this month lol... and he has carried his team in many games already... my guy even went 18/2(k/d) against DRX in the upper finals at one point

the difference between the guys mentioned and karon is that the people who were mentioned had a t2 or tournament background while karon literally got picked up from ranks.

Johnqt????? Took a dying sentinels and brought it back to win an offseason tournament, kickoff, and madrid. You could also argue for karon and his performance at madrid and kickoff.

This is a pretty small thing but Chet wasn’t with nv during Berlin they were still coached by mikeshd(who was unable to make the event). Edit: after finishing the video I think every player that you mentioned deserves to be in the conversation but there’s a few players that probably should be mentioned that aren’t. Besides karon and johnqt, which are some of the obvious ones, there’s also players like cryo, sayf, jinggg, something(important to remember that champions was something’s first international), suygetsu and shao. Obviously you can’t talk about every single player but maybe a top 5 or 10 format would be more fitting. Aside from that and some minor factual errors(nagz might’ve been considered the worst duelist at Berlin and nowhere near the best, maybe you were thinking about keznit), this was a pretty good video.

The video was supposed to be out like right after Shanghai but I passed the video around to a couple editors and I guess the quality declined through sending it back and forth. On my end before exporting it looked fine but YT always compresses it more than I expect :(

yes he has had the most impact since joining that team but he was the controller of that team not the spear which was zekken johnqt calls were insanly godly but sadly not his stats (impressive stat ngl but for this video he seems to be exculding those roles and looking at pure stats so)

Yay is not a rookie ??! He was playing competitive CSGO since 2015, he finished 5th at 2018 London Major. He played many lans before Masters Berlin. He litteraly was the second most experienced player of Envy/Optic 🤨

i feel like nats shouldn’t be considered a rookie because specially compared to players like demon1. nats was on gambit for almost a full year before berlin. he had plenty of time in that team facing competition. there were many other better choices who would’ve been considered actual rookies

Zekkens debut was Copenhagen in which he did well but nothing incredible. If you do want to talk about Copenhagen debuts tho you should talk about his teammate cryo who topped the vlr ratings despite his team not winning a single series

Honestly woot just farmed fraud teams that choked so hard when they faced them. I still believe karon is by far the best rookie to step into the tier 1 scene. After all him alone had such a huge impact on rounds with that great util usage and firepower as well.
