I heard that the story is based on a lady who was in a toxic relationship with a prince of Majapahit, an ancient kingdom of Indonesia. The prince was using the lady for his own benefit and very abusive to her. The lady then started to learn black magic and avenged herself through santet, a magic used to send curses (like voodoo), and killed the prince and his followers without touching them. The Javanese lyrics means "No one can escape their mistakes. Own's worth is valued by their lathi (words, literary: tongue). You can see the dude in the video mouthed the word "I love you" but I suppose he was just lying, thus the Javanese lyrics.

I am Indonesian. In Javanese, "Lathi" means tongue or lip words. sometimes words that hurt other people's hearts, will feel more painful than a dagger cut. " kowe ra bisa mlayu dari kenyataan, ajining diri ana ing Lathi . Meaning is " You can't run away from the mistakes you made. Your glory depends on what you say. whatever you do, good or bad behavior, there will definitely be a reward. good deeds will be rewarded good, bad deeds will be rewarded with bad too.

"Lathi" is Javanese language means tongue. And the Javanese lyrics says: "Kowe ora iso mlayu saka kesalahan. (You can't run away from mistakes) Ajining diri ana ing lathi. (One's dignity is in his tongue [words])" It turned out the video seemed to be insipired by a true story of Dewi Lathi: a princess dated in Majapahit Kingdom era (waaay before Indonesia has existed). Dewi Lathi is the most beautiful princess in her era and had a relationship with a prince. Unfortunately, the prince was such a douche and kept her only for his interest. The relationship became toxic. Then, Dewi Lathi learned black magic and took revenge on the prince and all of his followers. Killing them without touching. The puppet show is called wayang. Wayang characters are characters taken from Hindu epochs. Wayang usually tells the story of good vs evil. The good is on the right side of the puppet master, and the evil is on the left side. In this video clip, the good character is srikandi, she is a warrior princess, wife of Arjuna. In the clip, she's fighting one of the Butas (buta means giant). I think, it's very symbolic how the lead vocal (depicted as srikandi) fight the hurtful relationship (the lover is abusive maybe?).
