I can't even imagine the idea of a 'Mr. M' in my head. Mario doesn't have much of a personality in the Paper Mario series, but Luigi does. How could you make Mario an actual threat? Could you ever picture _"Hey, Mr. Jumpsallthetime! NOW we'll see who's the better jumper!"_ being said by Mario? Not me.
