Real estate agents until this March,2024 were not ready to accept this fate and sold houses as investment that never goes down. But, it does go down

No one thinks about other investment options other than housing. Housing is driven by immigration/jobs/speculators. Now everyone who jumped on the bus in a fearing of missing out is suffering. No one thought about interest rates game that banks can play . Before no one was buying more than 1 house . Now everyone wants to own more than 1 house but investment is investment. Either you lose or gain . People’s wages haven’t grown as much as housing prices so there was no demographics to increase home prices so high. No one thinks of property tax , interest payments , maintenance and realtors commission. After paying everything is it still worth buying a house at such a high price? Immigrants thinks it’s like back home of their country of origin where everything in short supply . Now there is plenty of supply. Why not everyone buying now?? यह जो properties दिखा रहे हैं यह investors खुद लेके फँसे हुए हैं । अब वो किश्त नहीं दे पा रहे और चाहते हैं के हम फँस जाए और वो निकल लें ।
