Red start is always fastest. My guess is that he was worried about an invade and/or he wanted to gank off lane cause he knows the Feng Moa is a pretty good player

No he just didn’t have enough stacks. But yes you can avoid it with Epoch active item or Greystone. I’m also sure characters like Drongo causes her stacks to reset

It’s not imo it’s still a must build on every mage countess and Shinbi are assassins though and much more single target focused making other builds optiosn viable

There's a feature that facilitates the measure of, and allows toggling off and on of both the game and commentary audio.
