You can't be arrested for this. The dagger projectile shooter does have a stipulation but it's not really enforced since firearms are more effective and don't follow under the same restriction. Law enforcement utilize the 'common sense' approach when enforcing it and know the stipulation is ret*rded. My Brother is a Corporal in MD State police. They absolutely don't confiscate it unless it is used in a felonious act.
