Marvel has a really bad habit of not making any sense and contradicting itself. I am assuming that the One Above All Created the First Firmament. When the First Firmament explained how the 2nd cosmos was created he said that the multiverse gained sentience after the universes were born from his pure substance, so im assuming that means that the first cosmos had to be created before he could become sentient, But yea, it doesnt make much sense
