Salman Sir, your statements are oxymoron. Had Taliban not been militant arm of Pak army,it wouldn't have given safe refuge to its leadership in '02. Coming to '22, ur diplomats wouldn't have canvassed to their recognition and reinstating frozen funds. What you conveniently and deliberately blanked out, is ISI went overboard in accomodating others factions - NRF to stop infighting
