Ben brought high level technical knowledge and had a great coaching perspective. No one else on the show is even close to him in that department. Real wrestling fans who are deep into the sport want a world class wrestler’s opinion not just flo guys talking current events.

I will miss Ben every single episode, but will continue to watch FRL faithfully as long as Christian is running the show.

I came here fully expecting Pat Downey to be named the new Co-host. The fact that this didn't happen should lead to Christian's immediate firing.

I think you’re being a little selfish not trying to get a great outside co-host to replace Ben, just because you miss having all in-person hosts. Ben hard carried the show with his wrestling knowledge and personality, and just getting another flo guy just because they work there is a disservice to most of the listeners who want someone that brings a level of character and excitement to the show like Ben did.

Your show was great because Ben was a friend to you but he lived, breathed and broadcast from far away. He asked those questions and brought up the points that took the show to different paths. If you see your team daily, your dynamic will be different. I look forward to the new shows

Couldn’t have been any less what I wanted to hear. If you want to bring someone in from within, they should be a good hire person on the periphery, kind of like Tyler was. You need a big outside personality who is older and with lots of high level wrestling experience to take the reins on the cohost. It needs to be the best product - not the best “opportunity” for those who have been working at flow just because they work at flow. It’s a meritocracy. I’m not a reward for loyalty. I think the product will suffer if you continue to hear from that lens.

I really agree with everything you said here. One opportunity that this allows, that maybe you aren't considering is getting to do some "State of the State" wrestling interviews. We've heard a lot about the direction of Wisconsin high school wrestling, but it would be fun to get a few short (5-10 minute) interviews with different kinds of coaches from different high schools around the country. Just pick the coach of the team who won a state title and just talk about how wrestling is going in that state. What kinds of challenges and opportunities they are facing. Maybe worthwhile I don't know.

You run a great show. Miss Kyle Bratke. We’ll miss Ben Askren. Maybe you can have them on as guests periodically to mix in with your other guests. The show will keep on moving on and we’re here for it!

If u r investing in JD to be an anchor for this show, ur losing the battle. You have nobody at Flo that can come close to Ben as far as hands on experience or insight into coaching great talent. CP, I love ur passion, knowledge and dedication to wrestling….i think overall you’re a stand up guy, and probably a great husband and father. I’m humbled by how pleasant you are. I’ve cancelled my Flo subscription, and will watch a culmination of content to get my wrestling fix.

Someone who isn't bias. The Flo show needs another positive attitude like CP to promote the sport. Ben complained a lot and played favorites. He worships his friend Cael and even sent all of his prodigies to his program. It was too much conflict of interest with Ben. I stopped watching the show a year ago because Bens relentless hatred of all powerhouse programs not named psu or mizzou became exhausting
