Take it every day one day at a time and be present where you are this will help some it’s even better if you don’t guilt of shame yourself for feeling how you feel let them feelings wash over you and fully acknowledge how you feel then you can easier let go but if you deny how you feel your body can register when you’re going against your own nature and it’ll make you uncomfortable. I wish you well in your healing process
