The series is "GET SMART". Starring the legend Don Adams. Produced by the Legendary comedian Mel Brooks. If you read it the video description box already tells you the episode title "the spy who met himself"

KZfaq wouldn't allow me to post the resolution due to copyright restrictions but it's hilarious. A panel of Control analysts, that includes Agent 99, question Smart #1 and Smart #2 in a takeoff on game shows. This clip is from S 3, Ep 1.
