We headed West from Virginia a year & a half ago. With a dream of homesteading in Alaska's wild woods. So much blood, sweat & tears have gone into our homestead already & we are finally starting to see the fruits of our labor. In this week's video, we are working in the sheep pasture, modifying my milking parlor, tapping Alaskan Birch water & making homemade blueberry yogurt with our fresh sheep milk! Thanks for joining us for another video! Cheers...

Precious Tina! Your love for Kellen changed his life. One year with you, Joe and Parker will stay with him forever. God brought him to you for a reason. I was one of those kids who got love from Christians outside of our home. I'm sixtish now and I still remember. God was chasing me then through people like you. And He is chasing Kellen. He will continue. And Kellen won't forget how you three showed him God. I love what you did for him. Thank God for your family. ❤

My daddy was a marine and one my favorite memories of my dad came back to me while watching your Boot Camp singing. We lost my dad to Alzheimer’s in December 2020. I remember when I was a child, he used to march up the hallway singing. “ I don’t know, but I’ve been told……. and adding something add Lib at the end of that. One of his favorite additions was to say, JONA’s (my sister) nose is mighty cold.”

It was so lovely watching everyone working together in the sheep paddock, Sarah is such a gorgeous girl. I've been making Sourdough bread for six months now. I was worried about having time to keep a starter alive as I'm the only parent of four kids with various special needs but it's so satisfying to see it grow and to bake our own bread, there have been days when I've completely forgotten to feed the starter or just do not have the energy to do that one more chore but thankfully my Sourdough is very forgiving and bounces back after the next day's feed 😊

Absolutely! Same with my kefir grains…I go a week at a time sometimes without feeding them & they bounce right back!😊

Oh how I needed a big dose of my precious Watson family. All the sweet things taking place on your homestead. All of ya'lls hard work is paying off, Hun. If you told me sheep could make milk, I would believe you 100%, and if you told me that an ant could pull a bale of hay, Darlin', I would harness it for ya. 😂😂😂😂 I love you Sis. Ya'll are always in my thoughts and prayers. ♥️🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻♥️

Your dogs remind me of our German shepherd. He goes out in the field when my husband works in the field. He is also right with me when I work in gardens or mow grass.

Hello Tina, Joe and Parker, that will be nice making that spot for Joes shop and will make it look bigger around the cabin. Your home raised lamb chops looked pretty tasty and the yogurt yum all from your land, you can’t beat that. All the stuff you and Joe cook up makes me hungry. Love your videos guys, take care. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦

I had a thought. Why not close the bathroom door opening & put a door into your office? Closer to the bedroom, more privacy and you could give your kitchen more work space by extending the countertop where the door once was. Unsolicited advice but I thought it would really look nice🥰
