I think it would’ve qualified with the current system even with Juries in the semifinal, while we don’t have specific numbers for 2013 we know they came 4th in the public vote which with the current system I think would’ve been high enough that they wouldn’t have to worry about being tanked by the Jury

I had a look on the Eurovision 2013 results Wikipedia page… they came 4th with the televote. They only failed to qualify because they were really badly ranked by the jury. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a disparity like that to be honest

The voting results from each member of a particular nation's jury were combined to produce an overall ranking from first to last place. Likewise, the televoting results were also interpreted as a full ranking, taking into account the full televoting result rather than just the top ten. The combination of the jury's full ranking and the televote's full ranking produced an overall ranking of all competing entries. The song which scored the highest overall rank received 12 points, while the tenth-best ranked song received 1-point. It was announced in the official Media Handbook that an official app would also be available for voters to vote via during the contest

It does because it's separated in each country. For example, if the televoting of Moldova had this 5th and the juries had it 15th, it would get either 1 points or no points at all. With the new voting system this would have certainly qualified though because you just add the total points and the televoters gave it many points, enough to save it.

Well, you probably know Montenegro was in Yugoslavia, and they had a big space program keeped secret back then in the 70's and when Tito died, theu sold it... In america I gues so your space programs are actually our studies. You can find about it on the internet or books if you don't believe

Very memorable act and the woman has a very powerful voice. I really hated it, they didn't make it to the finals. Montenegro had a decent act this year and again they didn't make it to the finals. Idk why.

Yes and that was because of the studio version but judges are strict what they hear as they are trained to understand music. It's a serious contest and the problem of cheating voting bloc votes for neighbours gets on people's nerves

Holy moly, Nina was so friggen cool! Her vocals are amazing and she did so friggen awesome at making her movements seem robotic. I could keep watching her! I remember watching this before I knew the results and thought that it was such a cool song and performance, but I assumed that Europe wouldn't understand. Turned out that they didn't make it. Europe wasn't ready. :C

I'm here after Montenegro announced they are back at Eurovision 2022, imagine this type of energy again, this performance would have been like SHUM if it was done these days, one of my favorites.
