Azrael hunting the Order of St Dumas and trying to understand God's will could be really interesting. You could shape his ideology with a few pivotal choices, changing how lethal he is or whether he focuses on saving the innocent or punishing the evil and it could affect the visuals of the world, like with Batman's hallucinations. He has many of Batman's skills, GCPD training, a general drive for justice and many questions to solve about himself and the world.

Imagine this a game called Arkham Brothers or something like that were Nightwing struggles with if he wants to be Batman or not and Red hood with his moral compass along with what he did during Arkham knight, deciding whether he wants to continue killing or adopt a more non-lethal approach. For a near future legacy style of Arkham game where the original supporting characters have gotten too old (although Barbara Gordon goes hard as a police commissioner), we can look to supporting characters from other Batman legacy stories with similar situations in which Batman is either dead or really old. There's Carrie Kelley as Robin from The Dark Knight Returns. There's Huntress, the daughter of Bruce and Selina from Earth 2

I’d love to see a Birds of Prey type videogame. Oracle, Black Bat/Orphan, Spoiler/Batgirl, Black Canary, Huntress, and maybe a few more. Oracle sends them on missions and deals with all the computer/intel stuff. And you play as one of the girls with the others following you and helping in fights as NPCs. And as you go along the game you’ll be able to unlock the ability to change to a different character. You could have villains like the Calculator, David Cain, Clue Master, Gorilla Grodd, Zsasz, and more.

Honestly a battle for the cowl game with Knightfall elements mixed in would be cool. Azrael, Dick, and Jason fight over who should be Bruce’s successor. Perhaps a choice system similar to Web of Shadows which results in different endings in terms of who becomes Batman.

I think all of the Robins and Batgirls should get at least one game starring them. So far the only ones I think they haven't covered yet are Spoiler, Orphan, Robin (Damian Wayne), Catgirl. All the others have been playable in Gotham Knights but could still be considered for a future Arkham game. Also supposedly there is a new one who is know as Maps Mizoguchi. so she could be considered too. To be fair there are others but if this is meant to be like Gotham Knights have it be about Batman's successors then these characters make the most sense.

I think with The multiverse set in Kill The Justice League maybe a Batman Beyond Game with an old Batman (Roger Craig Smith) and Terry or Damian as a Young Batman would be Cool but Also a Deathstroke One would be cool maybe how he becomes the Super soldier we see in the Arkham Series (and maybe his time in the Suicide Squad after Origins).

What about, azreal is Batman and starts to go a bit darker, nightwing see this and goes to confront him, they battle nightwing loses because azreal is more powerful, so nightwing gets away and works with orical to find the rest of the Batfam so they can work together and defeat azreal and any other enemy that stands in the way of them. It’s a better Gotham knights that can either be straight after suicide squad or Arkham Knight, and that end credit scene is azreal using the fear toxin to his advantage.

Those are good suggestions of how the future of the series could continue. For me personally, rhe Arkham series is over, all thanks to the Suicide Squat. Still, I have my very own interpretation of Arkham Knight sequel but I rather to keep it to myself because It's entirely head canon version/my interpretation of Project sabbath whit a lot of changes to the few things we know about the original.

Not until they remove the executives/developers responsible for SSKTJL, and replace them with the original passionate team behind the original Arkham games (you know, the ones who left Rocksteady during suicide squad’s production because they didn’t want to betray Batman, the League, and the fanbase they worked hard to build). In a perfect world they’d be reinstated, and given full creative control of the next story based single player Arkham game about Terry McGinnis and a retired/living Bruce Wayne. The events of SSKTJL would be made uncanon (or elseworld), and all would be well… except for the lack of Kevin Conroy’s iconic Batman voice…

Personally, I think that if SQ isn't canon then I had thought of a game like this, the game would keep the gameplay of the Batman Arkham series in terms of combat and puzzles, and the one we would embody would be Nightwing, an addition of climbing to buildings and ease of parkour coupled with the grappling hook and other actions could enhance the gameplay, many people think he's not the best choice to embody and I would say yes and no, because in my story Dick Grayson, after the so-called death of Batman/Bruce, Dick finds himself alone or at least a letter is dedicated to him, a letter from Alfred who bequeaths him all his fortune so we would have a Nightwing more inclined to become his own Batman and the peculiarity of the game would be that several members of the batfamily want to become their own version of Batman, Jason, Tim etc... but Jason is too violent and impulsive and you as Batman so Dick rushes to fight him to stop him, as for Tim he's not ready to skip steps, he needs to become Red Robin first. And the last one, one of the great villains Azrael, driven mad by the League who lobotomized his brain, becomes a crazy and totalitarian Batman, creating a sect in the image of the Dark Knight (Azrael wore the Batman mask in a metallic suit, at the time it was fashionable). Along the way to the beginning of the confrontations with Azrael, a bizarre League appears with a 12-year-old child who presents himself as Bruce Wayne's son, as in the TLOU games, Dick remains reluctant to the idea of raising a child and remembering the ordeal of being a robin with his case Tim's and even more Jason's, several flashbacks are present to show the Dick/Bruce relationship and it gives the potential to explain why Nightwing exists (here it would be because of a conflict between Dick and Bruce as in the animated series of the 90s). Still reluctant to the idea of taking this child presenting himself as Damian under his wing, he decides nevertheless to take him because of his temperament, because he decides that he must be a better Batman so that Damian becomes the real Batman! For more clarification in this universe where Bruce and Alfred are gone due to the Justice League, creation of the Justice Towers etc... Superman and the JL here knew Batman since Asylum, but never intervened because Batman set rules it's his city and then he solves problems in one night which is very quick so no need for JL intervention. Here's my vision of things and sorry for the big text

I mean if we’re talking Batman Beyond then first choice would be Terry, since he’s THE Batman Beyond, if not him then I feel like Nightwing would be a good Batman, Bruce himself acknowledged that Nightwing is what Batman is supposed to be. Actually now that I think about it, Terry is sort of like a combination of Bruce and Dick, He’s Batman, sure, but he’s not as “serious” as Bruce, at one point even managing to piss off the Joker by making fun of him so much
