My sun sun is Virgo 15sept1997 born at 8:18pm can I wear Neelam.my Saturn is in Pisces sign which is a Neutral sign for Saturn. Saturn is lord of 10,11 house and situated in 12th House . It is very important to know where your Saturn is in the chart and in which house and whether or not it is sitting with any planet. Cancer ascendant is highly cautioned to not wear a Neelam. However if your Saturn is in Libra or in a good place then you can opt for it. However it is highly highly recommended to Check with multiple astrologers before you get it.
