The Raps need a safe Pick at Centre. A Stretch Big is definitely needed if we thinking about playoff success not regular season only.

Both Tyler kolek and Jaylon Tyson might be there at 31. I would go kyle filipowski at 19. And then Tyler kolek at 31, maybe pacome dadiet, Ryan Dunn, Keyshawn George, or Tyson if he’s there

Kolek at 31 would be perfect for Toronto, for he is an energetic, focused offense. Unfortunately, he is slated to go in the 22 to 28 range. At his age, he is more mature to fit in for a team without a strong supporting cast.

Zack is not getting past Toronto at 19 … but I think he goes lottery in this draft. I can see OKC taking him at 12. If JV, Zubac can succeed in NBA, then Zack Eday who is more offensively talented & much bigger can definitely succeed in NBA

Actually, Edey will most likely be a top 15 pick. It's because of question whether his game will translate to the NBA. I call it the Luka Garza effect. I can see Edey going as high as #8 to SA, #9 to Memphis, #10 to Utah, #12 to OKC, #14 to Portland or #17 to the Lakers. He won't last to #19. Some other players I have an eye on for the Raps at #19 are Kel'el Ware, Tristan da Silva and DaRon Holmes but seems like they may be gone before #19 as well. At #31 I am looking at Terrence Shannon Jr, Jaylon Tyson, Adem Bona and Baylor Scheierman. Terrence Shannon Jr's availability rest on his trial outcome but the more I read into it the more it seems like he was targeted because he was a basketball player and another individual actually did what he is accused of doing. There is reportedly video evidence and multiple witness testimony the judge has allowed to be entered into evidence supporting TSJ's innocence in the incident.

I think Raptors should do their best to trade for 2 more 9-20 picks so we can snag the trio of Williams, Carrington, and Missi. All criminally underrated and fill the spots we need filled (3&D wing, backup PG, replacement Center). Would probably require trading Poeltl to Memphis, as well as picking up options/contracts for Brown and GTJ and sending them to a team like Orlando).

@IceManLikeGervin they should want that, if they're trying to be a competitive team in 3 years. Regardless of how good the draft classes look the next couple years, they don't really fit with the developmental timeline in my opinion

@@altrock17 No room to develop all three rookies on the main roster within the rotation. Plus, they are added to the salary cap which could hinder free agent re-signings, free agent signings and/or potential trades by taking up a roster spot and salary cap space. The developmental timeline is an ongoing timeline - it never ends.

@@IceManLikeGervin There is room to develop within rotation if we're trading away Poeltl, Brown, and GTJ. Also have tons of free cap space if we trade away those guys to teams who don't have to trade an equal amount of salary back. Don't see the point in waiting to draft players, regardless how good they are, in 25/26 if we're trying to be a complete team competing for title by '27 (Masai and Darko both hinted that they're looking to be ready in 3 years). Let's take all the time we can to develop rookies as soon as possible. Also, doing so will help us naturally tank next year to get the better '25 pick we want.

Just sell everything except the Farm, (Scottie and IQ) since we need picks for 2025 and 2026 and get Reed Sheppard. Figure the rest later. If we still have 19 and 31 i would get Isaiah Collier and Dillon Jones - we need players who can dribble, pass and maybe shoot. However, if we have Reed somehow than 19 we draft Edey
