Yup they do that kind of 💩 when you quit taking you off the schedule, not all DSPs are bad, I worked for 5 of them in 2 years you don’t like one you just move to another as long as you are in good standings with Amazon.

im sure you hear this all the time but take the next step and get your cdl bro! I got mine a year ago and its been a game changer. Lots of companies will pay for the training and lots of local jobs available so youre home every night.

Was literally searching your name earlier to see if I missed any of your videos. As an driver myself from the orange and purple brand, it was nice to see a perspective from Amazon. Go back to fedex dude! I was a Amazon driving for a year, so when I watch your videos I get reminded of how it sucked working in those vans without any space!🤬 at least with fedex you got space in the step vans. And don’t get me started on those group stops 😡

Consider driving for DHL. Union job, full benefits, pension and it's not as crazy as Amazon. The only downside I can think of is that drivers start out at $17 but top pay is $32 or so and you can achieve that rather quick. I've read of drivers making DHL top pay in less than a year. If you are tired of the private companies, you can always go the independent courier route and do OTR on a cargo van or even local/regional work. Regardless, good luck with what you do.

Have you thought about opening your own authority? I ve watched a ton of your vids and Amazon isn't for me right now I'm working with bolt express. Learning the logistics and hopefully start my own authority

He’s right working in Paterson is not easy . Too many narrow roads. Everyone double parks. Your van won’t fit in. Just walk the block so you can deliver. These vans are not meant to go fast, people will tell you to move faster.

I’m just now contemplating about leaving Amazon for FedEx Express if available in the area. My contractor is amazing but some of Amazon policies are ridiculous and I’m tired of working the long hours because of it. Although I have my three days off it still feels like I have to recuperate throughout the whole 3 days until I return and that’s where it starts to get depressing. I want to work early and leave early not work a little early and leave late.

@@Rhihaddsa I was thinking any service where the grocery deliveries are made by big vans. I think Amazon fresh has them, even though they also do car deliveries like doordash through their Amazon flex drivers. I think even Walmart has delivery vans for groceries in some select markets. There’s already a lot of youtubers doing doordash type food deliveries, but I don’t recall much for van style grocery deliveries.

@@SoCalKevin oh shoot that's right Walmart does. But I think it wud be just as hellish if not more than amazon. I want to ask Chris wat the tipping point was in him quitting. 1 of them for me was amazon caters to every whim whether irrational or not of the customer and it irritated the heck out of me. Felt like I was a slave. I get it- some deliveries need clarifiers but some requests were just outright ridiculous. I wud never tell a delivery person to walk thru dogshit in the backyard to deliver my package. & that's just 1! Instance 😄

Why do some DSPs start out at $17.75 per hour, while others nearby start out at $18.75 per hour? I work at a DSP on the outskirts of Dallas at $17.75 per hour, while a DSP in Dallas starts at $18.75 per hour.

I really like my dsp and work. Most of people at my dsp are 1 and 2 years old, from the beginning of my dsp, some of them hit 500 routes already. My dsp just start doing single XL, so no helper, packages only up to 70lb, few parcels per day, big distance, every sunday off, no rescues etc. And my dsp both AMZL and AMXL paid always for 10h. I just transfer there to XL :D I hope to stay it for a long time. you have a really cool coworkers, I hope you will stay with amazon and find whatever you're looking for. From your vlogs and my friend experience I would not do FedEx so from my perspective you should change dsp and stay with us :D But do whatever you think is good for you.

Leaving amazon after 8 months has to be the best thing I’ve done in a while lmao I’m now an AT&T assistant manager, I literally do what I got paid in amazon in a month on Just my commission at AT&T aside from my hourly wage.
