I'm sure Nero wasn't the first to set precedence for such citywide destruction through arson, though Rome and London were rebuilt for modernization at their times.

Neighbor!; ALERT!!; with the cover story they gave for themselves -wife & son, upstairs asleep; the Patriarch(Farriner) going to bed exhausted from work, and some lass named 'ann(e)', going upstairs, with ALL 'seeming-well'; how could ANY of those mentioned, say they SAW anyone, DO anything!?!
