He'll go straight to the D league, just like last years.

Serious question, what are the chances Donovan Mitchell actually signs an extension this summer? And if he doesn’t, should he be traded?
@banditY2K2 ай бұрын
I think he'll sign. I have no evidence to support that though.

@@banditY2K I’m getting the feeling he wants to be in New York, I wonder when his decision is gonna be announced

If the new JB coach is that gifted with his x's and o's offensively and can develop players on that side as well...MUST consider Ryan Dunn, Pacome Dadiet and Bobi Klintman as well. Definite fits! Just look at what Herb Jones is doing in NO...or look at how Peyton Watson is developing in Denver....Don't sleep on Ryan Dunn...he is an absolute monster defensively at that big wing position. The last time I checked..Boston has Tatum and Brown...at those wing positions...need players who can cover them and disrupt them!! Ryan Dunn!!

Dunn can't shoot! We have enough of those types. ESPN lists him as 6'6" while others list him as 6'8". Go Cavs!
@AndrewPolander2 ай бұрын
@@keiththomas3422 Measured 6'6.25 without shoes! That's 6'8 almost with shoes,how they're measured in the NBA. More importantly is he freakish length..7' 1.5' wingspan. We don't have anyone on the real wing that can D like him..D travels...besides working on your set/corner 3 is something he will do...just ask Herb Jones! Plus if we get a developmental/x's o's real offensive style coach..that is someone that will make him better each year! He is a very good cutter...and screen and roll player. We are talking about the 20th pick in a weak draft who will be the 5th option on offense. Anyone taken in this draft has warts!
@AndrewPolander2 ай бұрын
Hey Danny..at 20...always go fot the upside! Bub and Furphy are the 2 names that scream upside; not just on the offensive end but D side as well!. The other 4 names you gave would be #Da Silva, 4 Holmes, 5 Edey 6 George! Bub orFurphy for the Cavs!

Cavs don't need to draft anyone under 6'8". They should go after Tyler Smith and put him at the 3.
@AndrewPolander2 ай бұрын
He's not a 3! He is a 4...maybe even a small ball 5! Left handers don't fare well in the NBA for some reason. Shot the ball very poorly at the combine...looks like a very late 1 or early 2!

@@AndrewPolander Lauri Markkenen was a stretch 4 before he came to Cleveland and they put at the 3 and it worked out. They could get another 6'10" or taller guy to do that. Especially if they still have the small backcourt with Mitchell and Garland.
