Jacob Green haha Governor vs. Negan? Governor tore off Merle's fingers with his teeth, killed three walkers with his *bare hands* and killed more characters than anyone else on the show. Negan is completely non action and he only picks off defenseless victims with a baseball bat to prove a point. Brutal? Absolutely. But does that make him a warrior like the Governor who would go out and do the dirty work with his men? Hell no. We've barely even seen Negan fight let alone kick ass. Negan's had, what, like ten times where he could have killed Rick but didn't? Especially on that last one. Like, come on, dude. The guy is rallying an army from 3 separate colonies to go to war with the Saviors and the best you can do is threaten to crush his hands? Gov. nearly killed Rick on his first try and it was easy for him. If it wasn't for Michonne, Rick would be history. Negan is good for numbers only and the Saviors would be worshipping the Governor if he rolled up to one of their roadblocks in his Patton tank. Negan prefers to convert enemies to slaves while the Governor would just kill them. Governor is a beast of a man who is made of vengeance and brutality and is so violently insane that he is capable of acting on any violent impulse he has without hesitation especially when it comes to protecting the people he cares about. Negan is somehow more cautious which makes him more reckless. Negan just acts the part of a badass and lets others do his work. Gov. would mop the floor with Negan.
